Yes, companies frequently get Williams County arrest warrant searches done but this does not mean that as a civilian you cannot do the same. In fact, the ND criminal history information system is designed to help out individual applicants, commercial establishments as well as criminal justice agencies with information pertaining to arrest records and outstanding warrants.

When the cops or the judiciary requests information on criminal history, they are offered the provision to conduct fingerprint searches for arrest warrants, etc. However, civilian applicants are provided with a simpler option. You can get an inquiry on active warrants and arrests completed only on the basis of the subject’s personal identifiers, such the name and the date of birth.

Such investigations are simpler to handle, the results can be offered quickly and they are more affordable since they do not use up as many resources as a fingerprint inquiry. There are three agencies within the criminal justice system that can address investigations pertaining to arrest warrants.

These can be visited in person or you could contact them through mail. Their contact details have been listed ahead. If you are driving down to the agency office in person, make sure you have a government photo Identification along as this will be needed to launch the warrant search.
